About Anderal

Ms. Anderal DeShawn Bitticks-Trammell Ward is the Founder and CEO of Even In This Enterprise, LLC. She is a seasoned leader, educator, community catalyst with over 20 years of dedicated service addressing intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. Her career spans both military and civilian sectors, where she has consistently supported survivors through compassionate care, strategic coordination, and trauma informed education.
 
In her role as a Legal Administrative Specialist within the military justice system, Anderal has provided critical support to victims and witnesses navigating complex legal processes. Her work includes coordinating services, conducting legal research, facilitating multidisciplinary trainings, and developing innovative case management systems that strengthen victim support across her areas of responsibility. Her contributions reflect a deep understanding of trauma, advocacy, and systemic care, shaped by years of hands-on experience and specialized training.
 
A proud alumna of Anniston High School in Anniston, Alabama, Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama, Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, and the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma, Anderal’s academic journey reflects a steadfast commitment to personal growth and purposeful service. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Relations. Her extensive training in resilience building, trauma response, and financial literacy equips her to serve diverse communities with clarity, compassion, and excellence.
 
She is also a proud member of Lawton Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she continues to uphold the values of sisterhood, scholarship, and service in both her professional and personal life.
 
Her writing is an extension of her life’s mission: to transform pain into purpose and empower others to find strength, healing, and hope, even in the most difficult moments.
